1. Return Eligibility Window

Standard Stock Items:

May be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Extended Returns:

Returns initiated between 31 and 90 days are typically eligible for store credit only.

2. Condition & Technical Compliance

  • Fittings must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Items that have been installed, threaded, or pressurized are not eligible for return due to safety and integrity standards.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all protective caps and documentation intact.

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fees:

A standard fee of 35% applies to all non-defective returns to cover technical inspection and testing.

Funds:

If applicable, funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for prepaid shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service like UPS or FedEx as we are not liable for lost shipments.

Original Shipping:

Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Assemblies: Custom Manufactured Fittings are final sale.
  • Special Orders: Items not normally stocked and specifically ordered are typically non-returnable.
  • Safety Seals: Items with broken tamper-proof or factory seals cannot be returned.
  • Questionable Condition: Items showing signs of questionable condition such as rust, scratches, paint, physical damage of any kind, broken tamper-proof or factory seals cannot be returned.

5. How to Initiate a Return

    Collect a few pictures of your product.

    You must request & obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back. Please use your order/invoice document and email it back with related pictures. Email to admin@domain.com.

    Once you receive the RMA, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. 4

    Once the product is received, a technical inspection is complete, and refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.

6. International Orders: All International Orders are considered final, and not returnable.
