Domestic & International
Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING over $500 on standard ground orders for lower 48 contiguous states.
- Small parcel ground orders shipping continental USA. Weight less than 75 lbs.
- Weigh over 75 lbs. must ship LTL freight — rates provided at checkout.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
- There is a $500 order minimum for all orders.
UPS Shipping Options
- Supplier is not responsible for any shipping delays created by the carrier due to weather.
- Shipping Monday through Friday — Excluding major national holidays.
International Shipping Policy (Including Canada & Mexico)
Supplier ships internationally using FedEx FFA.
Import / Export Product Information:
We provide country of origin information and HTS (Harmonized tariff schedule) data for all items. Submit your quote with this requirement and we will add this information to your quotation.
Canada
We accept orders to Canada. All shipping charges are for transportation only. All taxes/duties are at the expense of the receiver. The order minimum is $500 USD. Orders over $500 are subject to a wire transfer requirement.
Mexico, Caribbean Islands, Europe, Asia and Australia
We currently have a $500 product order minimum to these regions. Ship to Freight Forwarder.
Africa
We currently have a $500 product order minimum. Ship to Freight Forwarder.
- All international sales are subject to a wire transfer requirement, and all sales are final.
- Import Taxes/Duties/VAT — All import taxes/fees/duties/VAT are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping rates provided are for transportation only.
- Shipping to Freight Forwarders within the USA is the safest way to ship internationally.
Additional Notes
Delivery Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly on orders and at checkout. Our contract with our customer is to ship to the address provided on the order. Supplier is not responsible for any delivery of address errors that result in lost or missing packages and will not refund any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to customer error and/or existing autofill settings.
LTL Freight Shipments & Deliveries
Any LTL freight orders rejected at delivery will be subject to a 50% restocking fee plus a delivery cancellation fee of $200. If you need to return a LTL order — contact us.
Delivery Issues & Claims
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address, or they will not be accepted.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Missing packages or claims must be made within 30 days of tracking being updated on the order.
- Seller assumes responsibility for packages from the loss of carrier pickup to delivery.
- Once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the buyer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for theft or stolen goods once delivery has been made and packages have been delivered.
- If a package has been declared delivered — but you have not received the package — please contact us.
